I suppose your are selling your products in India.

There are two parts to it.
1. You are buying packed organic food from someone else and just selling it. To the best of my knowledge, the person from whom you are buying will need an organic certification. But you cannot sell his products as "organic" if he/she does not have a certification.
2. If you are buying from others, and then processing and/or packaging it, you will need organic certification.

Also, note that you will never get an organic certification via email this way. There is lot of corruption in India, but not to this extent. You need to apply for a certification with an agency first, then the agency will check your process, and then grant you the certification. This is a thorough process.

I suggest, till you get an organic certification, you can immediately stop using the word "organic" and label your products as "chemical-free". This way your customers will not be annoyed with you.
