Honey and cinnamon paste is good for boosting the immune system, removing regular fatigue and increasing the longevity of an individual. It can also be used for treating colds and influenza.
  • Digestion: Honey and cinnamon helps in improving the digestive system, remove gas from the stomach and intestine and treat stomachache, flatulence, indigestion and bladder infections.
  • Itching: Paste of honey and cinnamon is often used to treat insect bites.
  • Skin Care: The benefits of honey and cinnamon extend to skin care, wherein minor skin infections and pimples are treated with regular application of a paste formed from these two precious foods.

It is also believed that honey and cinnamon is good for treating cancer, infertility in men and hearing disorders.

I can buy raw honey in Sobey's grocery store (Ontario, Canada) It says RAW right on it. Otherwise I would
think the best place to get it is an aviary that actually makes it right from their own bees.

One other thing i noticed about this tea is that it reduces inflamation, it reduces the fat in the body, it
calms your nerves, it keeps you regular. I give this tea to my kids whenever they show symtoms of a cold or
cough and they usually feel better the next day. I dont ever have to give them all the over the counter
medications unless they have a fever, but usually never. Please try it.
Oh, and there isn't a specific
dosage for weight loss. Just drink this tea everyday!!!. it really does work.
I buy the big container of
honey from Costco.
Silvia Palacios  - cinnamon and honey recepie   |2009-10-31 19:21:51
Boil one 1 or 1 1/2 of a cinnamon stick for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure that the tea is a little dark. You
will figure it out once you begin making it. This will make the tea, pour tea in a mug, add honey to your
liking. Drink this mix 3 times a day everyday. This will relieve your stomach ache, heart burn and many other
things. I have been drinking this tea for over a year and it works incredible. I don't suffer from stomach
problems any more. Drink this afer meals too, especially high in fat foods. if you can, carry a container of
tea where ever you go.

Wrenie  - Pure honey   |2009-10-22 06:28:30
Do NOT purchase pasturized honey as the heat will destroy all of the good stuff in the honey. Honey is a
natural antibiotic and antiviral substance which is why it never goes bad - but may crystalize. In that case
- sit the jar in a pan of hot water and it will reliquify and be good as new.

candy simbeye  - Is it the Cinnamon   |2009-07-30 18:01:39
Since i started talking cinnamon powder some fews ago, i am having stomach pains, i feel pain and discomfort,
is it anything to do the cinnamon or else my stomach is not well.
Teri  - Stomache aches   |2009-08-09 02:49:04
I've had stomach pain (unusual for me) for about 4 days now. After reviewing what I've been eating lately,
I've concluded that I have been eating alot of cinnamon; heavily sprinkled on toast and pnut butter
sandwiches. I learned that what we in the U.S. refer to as cinnamon is of the cassia form which contains a
toxic chemical that can damage the liver if eaten in large amounts. The question is what is considered a
large amount. The other type of cinnamon is ceylon or true cinnamon and also contains the toxic chemical but
in a much smaller dose. It appears Ceylon cinnamon is difficult to find in the U.S. It's apparently mainly
used in Europe. Anyway, I'm not positive but I think it's the overuse of cinnamon that's been causing my
stomach pain and really dark stools.
anonymous  - stings   |2009-07-05 12:30:55
placing honey on a wasp sting helps reduce the inflamation and pain within minutes as I have learned from
personal experience.
George  - Is it Cinnamon or Cassia ?   |2009-06-29 18:11:49
The Cinnamon in the market may not be Cinnamon.Click the below link to read more

Why you should insist on
Real Cinnamon
Bobby J  - ED   |2009-06-28 18:47:19
I suffer fom ED. Will the honey and cinnamon mixture help eliminate that? If so, how much, how often and how
long? I have had this problem ever since I was put on enlarged prostate medication (Avadart, Flomax, etc.)
about seven years ago. I'm 71 years old. I no longer take Avadart or Flomax because my Urologist did prostate
laser surgery three years ago and ED still persists.
SANJOG  - HAIR LOSS   |2009-06-21 14:20:31
I AM SUFERING FROM HAIR LOSS. I READ THAT MIXTURE OF HOT OLIVE OIL, HONEY AND CINNAMON APPLY DAILY MORNING
REDUCE HAIR LOSS.
BUT HOW TO MAKE THIS MIXTURE? DO I DAILY HEAT THE OIL OR ONCE AND KEPT IT? WHERE DO I GET
OLIVE OIL? HONEY SHOULD BE TREADED OR NATURAL?
BECAUSE NATURAL HONEY IS DIFFICULT TO GET...
PLEASE HELP I AM
VERY AFFRAID.
ANGELA  - HAIR LOSS   |2009-08-01 04:30:43
HONEY CAN BE PURCHASED AT ANY LOCAL GROCERY STORE AND SO CAN OLIVE OIL. IT'S BEST TO BET THE VIRGIN OLIVE
OIL. YOU CAN EVEN BUY IT CHEAPER AT DOLLAR STORES. YOU ONLY NEED TO MIX EQUAL AMMOUNTS OF HONEY AND OLIVE
OIL AND KEEP IT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. IT CAN BE USED AS OFTEN AS YOU CHOOSE.
HealthGrl  - Hair Loss   |2009-09-24 09:23:45
You can massage organic coconut oil on your scalp and it will help your hair to regrow and get rid of dandruff
too. Also Amla powder and Shikakai powder help control hair loss and promote hair growth, you can mix it with
water into a paste and apply to your scalp and hair, leave on for 10 minutes or 30 and rinse out and shampoo
out. Your hair will feel so soft.
danielle  - hair loss   |2009-09-26 19:01:30
I'm sorry to barge in, as I do not have a direct answer to your honey question. But, someone told me a few
days ago that - a Doctor told her - hair loss may be a direct result of lack of protein in her diet. I have
no personal experience with this problem.

Good luck!

Getting Older  - Need   |2009-06-03 01:53:45
I want to stop getting older. Will honey and cinnamon help with that. I sure hope so. Older people die more
often than younger people and I'd like to stop getting older now. Thank you.
Anonymous   |2009-06-20 18:34:25
Hahahahahahahaha!
I don't think that anything stops anyone from getting older...and yes...Older people do die
more often. Its the circle of life. You are born, you age and you die. We all go through it.
HealthGrl  - about getting older   |2009-09-24 09:48:32
I understand you, and no one wants to get older, not even me, but it is part of life. Here's something I
learned that helps older people live longer, green tea. You can add honey if you like. Cinnamon tea and
honey- longevity, when taken regularly arrests old age. Keeps skin fresh and soft.
