Some of the remedies mentioned in the article like Amla, Reetha, Shikakai, bringraj, and using plain curd age
ancient Inadian Ayurvedic remedies. I have great hair because its my my routine to use plain curd on scalp
keep it for 20 min and wash it with the home made shampoo od amla reetha and shikakai. Please be noted that it
gives a strong color to your hair. So not leave your house with wet hair it can stain your cloths. Make sure
your hair are completely dry before you dress to go out.

This is a great article. Here is one idea to add. Some stress = tension, over the years leads to the scalp
being tight against the skull. Use your fingers and see if you can wiggle your scalp! Massaging little circles
with the fingertips (not nails) feels great, brings blood circulation tho the hair roots, gives energy boost-
and has actually stopped my hair loss and seems to be able to reverse hair loss. We can even try this age-old
idea along with the herbs mentioned.
