- I\'m sorry but I\'m going to have to disagree with this one.

100% pure, natural or virgin coconut oil (VCO) is the best because all its health-boosting properties are preserved. The refining process will most probably deplete the oil of its natural antioxidant characteristics, depending on the production process used.

Virgin coconut oil has a higher medium chain fatty acid (MCFA) content. MCFAs are responsible for coconut oil\'s incredible healing powers. Just my two cents.
