			<description>I am trying to figure out what type of coconut oil I am making.I get the coco\'s from wild trees growing on the beach. So I would assume they would be as organic as possible.I am in Costa Rica and I am using the old locals method.This consists of shedding the meat,adding water(not the water from the coco but purified bottled water).Then I press the water out of the shredded coco meat to make milk.then the milk is covered and left to ferment overnight.then the next day or 12hrs. later I skim the \&quot;nata\&quot; as they call it here off the top.this is then boiled until all the moisture is gone and the oil is left.In other research that I have done this is not considered virgin oil because I heat it.They say that virgin oil is cold pressed,never heated.thanks for any info you might be able to give me on this subject.
