			<description>I am confused about all of these questions regarding eating honey and losing weight.  You people cannot be silly enought o think that by just eating honey you will lose weight???? I am a 30 year old male who has never had issues with weight gain until recently where I have put on 10kg in less than 4 mths.  I do not want to be fat, so I have recently started to excercise (run for 20 minutes every night - or go for a 30 minute bike ride).   I have also cut out unhealthy foods such as chips, lollies, chocolate, beer and especially soft drinks (Beer and Soft drinks are the worst). I am eating more healthy foods such as Chicken (less beef) and lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.  I have already noticed a difference - and I have lost 2kg in 3 weeks.  If I continue to eat healthy and excercise - I will be back to my normal weight of 82kg in 2-3 months time.  People - let me assure you - you need to eat healthy and excercise to lose weight.  There is no other way.  Get out of your chair and do it!</description>

I have lost 1.5kgs, just by taking 2 large spoonfuls of honey each night before bed and replacing sugar with honey in my tea and oats. I wake up refreshed each morning and can get through the day without a long afternoon nap now. I feel more alert and energetic and happy and am making healthier food choices, as I am no longer craving sweets and refined carbs. This may not work for everyone but I feel that I am finally getting my life back after years and years of \&quot;chronic fatigue\&quot;. I know there is more to health and weight loss than honey, but this small change in my routine has boosted me to a place where I can make healthier choices and implement them without ending up back in bed for the next 4 days. Just wondering in what quantities i would need to take honey and cinnamon to help keep another heart attack at bay, my doctor tells me my cholesterol levels are fine, just had 2 teaspoon honey and 2 cinnamon UK measures and ave to say it tasted delicious.
