			<description>Dear Sir,
The Chestnut in discussion is the one with hard round shell with the nut inside with roughly 4 sections vertically partioned by thin membrane. In India we have different names for this and there is the other smaller (half the size) nut brownish greyish, not round in shape but elliptical like with 3/4 small cones, the shell thin membrane, it is usuall eaten after roasting (best on wooden charcoal heat).
Can any one apprise about its benefits (Chestnut)in overcoming the deficiency of free and or total Testosterone levels in middle aged or or older people and the quantity to be taken on daily basis.
