I must be the healthiest person alive. I\'ve been chowing down cayenne pepper since pre-school. I eat it like it\'s hamburger. I can\'t go too many meals or days without cayenne pepper. I eat religiously just for the explosive effect and taste. To finally read all the benefits of cayenne, and I gotta say this is one mean herbal supplement based on your article, as I said before, I would have to be the healthiest person on the planet. I don\'t like junk food and I do eat my greens as well. And I am rather fit.

Report of patient from Bangladesh

We got your e-mail ID from Internet. We are contacting you for the treatment of my father, Mr. Zamirul Haque(72) who was having pain & weakness in his both legs & at back since December 2006. He could not walk properly. It may be mentioned that my father has Diabetes for the last thirteen years. Doctors of Diabetes hospital advised color doppler study of both lower limb vessels and after seeing the report they advised to consult with a Vascular Surgeon. We consulted with a Vascular Surgeon who said that there is no blood circulation in his both legs & after one week medicine treatment he recommended for Peripheral Angiogram & Coronary Angiogram. Angiogram was done on 27/02/2007 in Ibrahim Cardiac hospital and Research Institute, Dhaka. It is mentioned in the reports that totally occluded abdominal aorta at the origin of renal arteries and was recommended for bypass surgery. But we did not do Bypass Surgery & kept him on medicine.

Later in September 2007, we took our father to Mumbai, India to consult with Dr. Shoaib F. Padaria, Interventional Cardiologist at Jaslok Hospital and also consulted with Dr. Ramakanta Panda of Asian Heart Institute. Both of them advised not go for bypass surgery and continue medications for both heart problem and Aorta block.

Coming back from India & continuing medicines recommended by Indian doctors, he became weak, diet reduced, gastric, acidity & digestion problem increased, back & legs pain increased & weight reduced. Later medicines were changed by another doctor & the condition slightly improved. Ultrasonography was done when recommendations was done by a local junior cardiologist. Enlarge prostate was found. We did PSA test. It was found 226 ng/ml. Later he was shown to many urologists. Different test such as TRUSS, uroflowmetry, FNAC of left renal mass, Isotope Bone scanning was done. One urologist concluded that he has Prostate carcinoma & there is bone metastasis. Some urologist suggested to go for TURP & prostate biopsy, some were suggesting for TURP, prostate biopsy along with Bilateral orchiectomy. Another doctor advised not to go for TURP since he was not having problem with urine. He recommended for Bilateral orchiectomy or hormone injection with Flutamide tab. Later the patient was under the treatment of one senior Oncologist in Bangladesh named ABMF Karim with hormone treatment with Flutanmide. A total of eight hormone injections ( Zoladex 3.6 mg/ Lupride Depot 3.75 mg) has been given & PSA level went down to 0.87 ng/ml, bone & back pain reduced remarkably. Afterwards as recommended by the oncologist, Dr. Karim, radiation therapy treatment was given. His condition was stable for the last few months. Now the bone pain has started to increase again & his PSA level is increasing again.

Please advise what type of treatment can we give for prostate cancer( Conventional, alternative & Herbal) & vascular problem (totally occluded abdominal aorta). If require we can send all the reports of vascular (Angiogram, Color Doppler,Blood test) & Urological test( Blood Test, TRUSS, Bone Scanning, CT Scan) done at different times.

Waiting for your earliest reply.

Thanks & regards.
