Recenty I have been told by the cardiologist that my heart is weak and functioning on 30%. My cholestrol is little high. He has given me medication. I have hypertension.

Is it possible to increase the heart function to the higher level, and improve my BP and cholestrol. What kind of fruits,vegetable and foods will be suitable for me.

			<description>Well first of all its important to get a good long cardio workout at least 3 times a weak with strength training, and what I would do personally, is one make sure to eat alot of greens, bananas and calcium/magnesium, sunlight and also eggs...lots of eggs, ideally raw eggs so as not to damage the enzymes and amino acids, 3 a day every day which I think should help your muscle regenerate but make sure that they are organic free range eggs to be on the safer side... and if anything goes wrong eat a bunch of probiotics every half hour until your better... and get plenty of sleep and vitamin c...hope this helps</description>
