			<description>I have used pantothenic acid for years in a B-complex. I take B-complex 1-2 times a day. Everyone has different needs, and some people may only need supplemental B-complex occasionally or just need a low dose formula. I think the best B-complex formulas are from Thorne. You are able to choose from several formulas. New Chapter is another option, but personally, I like Thorne. Avoid folic acid - it\'s unnatural. Only use folinic acid (calcium folinate) and/or the methyl form.</description>
