Grape is really a good source of a lot of things, and is good for people having indigestion and constipation. I\'ve experienced myself that it does help me regulate when you eat a little portion after each meal and even after snacks, etc. I hope this is useful for you.

			<description>Good info. Ive started eating alot of grapes for overall health. I have experienced weight gain tiredness/anaemia and stomache problems over a period of time. I have been consuming grapes where I would normally grab something sugary and for snacks and puddings. I feel more alert and for the first time in ages I have energy when I get home from work and got out of bed with the first alarm clock today. I don\'t feel so boated and fingers crossed I might see a drop in weight. I was amazed at the vitamin and mineral content of the humble grape.</description>
