Put some around your nose and right under your nose, you can also put some around your eyes on the bone line, and some on your chest. I\'ve been using it for 14 years. My sinus is usually out of control in cold dry climates thus Florida being the best place if someone has sinus problems. I used essential eucalyptus oil with medication. I read it would kill the bacteria and help heal & sooth him. It seemed to sooth him more than before. Warning! Can be toxic if used too much! I do have him in a pint size container which he came in & I add less then a drop. Just the tip of a chop stick to treat him with. Less is better in these situations.
