			<description>No - unfortunately the misconception is that all macronutrients are the same - so a saturated fat from one source is identical to the saturated fat in another source - this is not true.  A calorie is not a calorie.  The makeup of one calorie will not be the same as another from a different source and the same is true of all macro and micro nutrients.  Coconut oil will help with blood pressure and cholesterol levels.</description>
