Ingredients of Coconut Oil

I recently purchased cocnut oil. I read an article that said the only ingredient should be coconut. However, the one I have has the following ingredients in it:
Ingredients: Naturally unrefined expeller pressed virgin organic cocnut oil.
Then the is a space and it says: Manufactured in a faciltity that uses dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.Good manufacturing practices are used to prevent introduction of undecleared allergens.
Does this mean it is really \"organic virgin coconut oil?\" --Thank you

YES...

YES IT IS STILL ORGANIC. UNREFINED AND EXPELLER PRESSED ARE TWO GREAT THINGS. iT\'S NOT AN IN INGREDIENT, BUT A PROCESS. bASICALLY THROUGH THAT PROCESS THEY CRUSH THE COCONUTS AND GET ALL THE GOOD TUFF FROM IT, WITOUT ADDING ANYTHING OR DOING ANYTHING CHEMICALLY. IM AN ORGANIC FREAK SO BELIEVE ME, I KNOW!

Hi...wanting to know if there is a difference in the oil used for cooking and consumption vs. the coconut oil used for topical application to the skin and hair...or would you use the same unrefined virgin coconut oil for all purposes?

Thanks

Best for all Purposes except running your car .

The Virgin Coconut Oil would surely be the best for any living use , Like Nutrition , Application on your Body Etc. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .DENATURED oils are only suitable for Running Your Car !!

Use your Judgment when Reading a label ,, There is no guarantee of Honesty or Sincerity ,,,, If it talks about a range of possible contaminants on the label the company is probably trying to cover all bases To avoid a lawsuit . But this suggests the company has many activities in the same space .. BIG , in other words . There is many coconut products from small Sincere people. That is who I would trust, after reading their website Carefully ..

I have coconut trees and want to know how I could use my fresh organic coconut fruits to benefit from them without extracting the oil. How many do I have to eat daily? If you cook with the coconut flesh what are the benefits? How about the coconut water in the fruit?

I would very much appreciate your help. Thank you. Morine

How to make coconut oil

Few steps to make coconut oil:
1.)Brake the fresh coconut in the middle (from the shell)
2.)Grate the meat from the shell using the special grater (you can buy from Filipino store)
3.)Squeeze most of the juice from the meat then strain it
4.)Put the coconut juice in the pan and boil stirring constantly until it turns dry you will see it\'s turning brown and the oil starting to come out. The extra solid part coming out is also good for any dessert toppings. ENJOY!!!!!!YOUR COCONUT OIL.
