I have ruled out lettuce in my diet all together and have replaced it with cabbage and spinach. I can feel the
difference already. My over all health has improved and my weight loss has kicked into overdrive. I also
feel like I am getting ripped off a lot less by food venders who charge up to .00 for a salad that is 85% or
$.40 worth of lettuce (usually white or brown besides the rip off).
