As a note: Ginseng is not necessarily beneficial for everyone. Someone with a history of high anxiety level
and bipolar I disorder should not be consuming ginseng because it over-stimulates the brain's
neurotransmitters. Those already suffering from excessive worry will encounter an inability to think clearly
and therefore constantly keep thinking about why that is so. Over an extended consumption of ginseng
powder/drinks, this cycle will cause the person to eventually erupt.
People under this psychological
disorder will be taking medication such as Olanzapine/Zyprexa, Remeron, and Seroquel. Please take heed of the
negative effects of combining a stimulant and a depressant.
