The grams to conversion is that one grams is 0.0352739619 ounces, so 100 grams is 3.52739619 ounces. Just under the quarter pound portion we often think about in terms of high protein foods.

how do i convert grams to ounces i.e. 100 grams of shrimp = 116 calories 16 which are fat.or 100 grams of chicken =165 calories 80 which are fat.
