If you are eligible for membership, you will be dispatched your membership card and the WWOOF book (containing list of WWOOF hosts with that organization) in a few days, which is normally two to three weeks.

Please note that almost every WWOOF organization can be approached directly for the membership. There are some agents as well which help you in the membership process. Be Wary of Fraud WWOOF Agents
You should also be wary of some fraud people who claim to be agents. These agents give you a fake membership card and an outdate list of hosts. Hence before approaching an agent, visit the website of the WWOOF organization and check if it receives memberships through agents. If agents are permitted, check the list of agents. If you are unable to find information on the website, contact the WWOOF organization. Finally, you don’t want to find out that your membership card is fake after you have reached the host farm and that the host has refused to keep you. Remember, hosts listed with the WWOOF organization are not supposed to accept WWOOFers without a valid membership card.
Duration of WWOOF Membership
Once you become a member of WWOOF, for how much time is the membership valid? Well, this varies for every WWOOF organization. For most of the WWOOF organizations, the membership is valid for one year. Examples are WWOOF Korea, WWOOF Japan, WWOOF Australia and WWOOF USA. For others such as WWOOF New Zealand it is valid up to two years.
