You need to make your bedroom a sanctuary for sleep – and an occasional tumble in the sheets. Avoid doing other activities in bed, like eating meals or watching hours of television. This casual time in bed can make it much more difficult for your body to recognize when it’s time to go to sleep. Protection Status
