11 Effective Home Remedies for Acid Reflux

Acid reflux is the backward flow of the stomach acids into the throat. When this happens, you may get a sour taste in your mouth or regurgitate food. Baking Soda

The consumption of baking soda is also a useful home remedy, as it helps to increase the pH level and reduces acid reflux.

Healthy Diet

A healthy diet containing fruits like apples, bananas, pineapple, and papaya, along with vegetables like carrot, cabbage, and others are also helpful in keeping acid reflux at bay!
