Dehydrogenated Fats

All sorts of poultry and meat products, along with the cooking oils that are normally used for cooking purposes, contain halogenated fats. These halogenated fats curb the body’s requirement of gamma linoleic acid (GLA) through a metabolic pathway. Soya

I follow a vegan diet, so I get lots of fiber, soy etc... Perimenopause sucks.
But what honestly works - and I mean this completely non-sexually - is I will ask my husband to... umm... suck.
Now I'm sure whoever reads this is giggling a bit. But I'm telling you it works! As in immediately! The swelling subsides (they go from looking like implants to natural breasts). The pain is gone. Not even tender.
I don't know if it's the oxytocin or just the physical sensation (like letdown when nursing), but I'd highly recommend it to anyone. I honestly go from them being too sore to shower to nothing in 5 minutes.
