It is not really something I believe because I’ve been a chicken lover since the time I’ve come out of moms’ womb and I can still manage to keep up with my weight. Non-veg food is supoosed to be great source of protein and that is one flaw a vegetarian diet will always carry.

Definitely yes, include the following foods in your vegetarian diet and welcome weight loss.
1. fresh fruits and vegetables
2. whole grains
3. beans and legumes
4. nuts and seeds
Why I am telling you to add all these foods is because when you go vegan or vegetarian, you lower your options of obtaining nutrients and so every single bite you take counts.
