Hey Carlos Kelley,

I am so sorry about your divorce. I can understand the trauma you must be suffering from. Although we get very emotional with these topics as we are humans, I think it is important to think about the situation from a practical perspective too. You need to start taking care of yourself. 27 years of marriage is a really long time, I know. Still, you have to think about the future that lies ahead of you. Focus on yourself than your relationship.
Start meditating, exercising, pursuing your long time pending hobby. Depression can be a grave problem but it needs to be handled with care. You and only you can help yourself out. Not only for seeking help but to be an active participant. You never know how many friends you’d make along the way. They say the best way to help yourself is by helping others! Pretty true!

All the best! Stay blessed!
