Vitamin A or retinol is commonly found in orange-colored fruits and vegetables. Foods containing vitamin A or retinol are considered to be good for eyesight owing to beta-carotene (a type of vitamin A), which aids in the smooth function of the parts of the eye. Mangos, oranges, sweet potatoes, kale, and spinach are some excellent examples of foods rich in vitamin A.

Vitamin A is vital for eye health. It won’t help in improving eyesight over-time. However, Vitamin A is an essential component in preventing certain eye degeneration and in the development of eye nerves.

I doubt there is anything specific like that, since all vitamins are helpful to our body parts

My cousin suffered from night blindness because of vitamin A deficiency. She hated eating vegetables and my aunt didn’t realize that her daughter was not eating any vitamin A rich foods. Once she started having eyesight issues, my aunt took her to the doctor only to realize that she lacks vitamin A. Thankfully she has started eating vitamin A rich foods like carrots, butternut squash, sweet potato. My cousin says her nightblindness problem is less severe than before. I hope that it gets cured completely!
