Open your mouth, move your jaw to the left and hold for 30 seconds and then repeat the same to the right side. Do this atleast 5 times a day. It has been quite beneficial to me. Marked as spam

You can also speak the vowels (a,e,i,o,u) out loud and repeat all of it for 3 mins. Do this a few times a day. It may help. Marked as spam
