Yes, consuming fennel tea and fennel in any form helps in breastfeeding and increases breast milk supply. It is considered as a herbal treatment for increasing supply of breast milk in a lactating mother. It can be consumed in any form whether it is eaten raw, as a spice or in the form of tea.
