No, rosemary tea doesn’t cause high blood pressure. Although rosemary is a commonly used herb to control low blood pressure and bring it to optimum levels, it does not necessarily cause high blood pressure. Since rosemary tea is a diuretic as well, it keeps the blood pressure in its normal range.

Surprisingly, I have been having it for a long time without knowing this benefit and realised I haven’t faced any issues with my blood pressure.
