Yarrow oil works best when inhaled. You can add it to a vaporises. For intestinal inflammation, I’ll recommend rubbing the oil on the belly.

Yarrow oil is an infused oil. You can mix it with some other oil like rosemary oil and rub it in. Though I’ll recommend that you do a patch test first.
