But there are some oils which can be taken orally. They are available in the stores but a doctor’s recommendation is required.

It is not advisable to ingest any kind of essential oil. In fact, even applying it in raw or undiluted form should be inhibited. It is best to use it in a diffuser or topically apply it in the form of a mixture with some carrier oil.
