Can you use a blender if do not have a juicer?

Depends on what you want. A juicer gives you concentrated liquid without any of the fibers. With a blender, you will get all that you put in it. It will also give you a thicker liquid — a smoothie. So, if you want low fiber and concentrated juice, the blender won’t work. But if you want a smoothie with high fiber content and want to add nuts and seeds, the blender is actually a better alternative.

I actually prefer my blender to my juicer, since I like my smoothies. I can add my favourite nuts and chia seeds to my drink, which I can’t do with a juicer.
