You may think this is very funny, but oftentimes even I fall short of fresh garlic or this supermarket I visit has no good spice rack, so do I just shut down on drinking the tea? Coming to the point anyway, one teaspoon of garlic powder easily mimics the flavor of 4 garlic cloves. Not sure if it’ll taste exactly like the one made with fresh garlic.
