Yes, fruits have multiple benefits for the skin. Fruits such as lemons protect the skin from pigmentation and help in giving a glowing appearance. Papayas also help in preventing skin damage due to the presence of free radicals and also have antifungal properties. Another fruit, i.e., avocado which is rich in dietary fibers reduces oxidative damage and also protects the skin from ultraviolet damage.

Each and every fruit doesnt benefit the skin but the fruits rich in Vitamin C can do the trick.
