Capsicum does contain plenty of protein. One capsicum of 100 gms contains about 860 mg of protein. It lowers the fat stored in blood corpuscles, helps in burning calories, improves the body’s metabolism rate, and is beneficial in weight loss.

Ofcourse it does. Every vegetable that you eat has some amount of protein in it.

I do not agree with one of the comments. 100 gms of green Chilli pepper contains 2 g of protien, which is 4% of the daily recommended value.
