You mean chamomile tea right? its more like a detox remedy but I’m not sure of anxiety

To some extent I guess. From what I know chamomile tea is good for sleep and maybe that’s why it is associated with anxiety. I have also heard that it is good for your body, like rich in anti-oxidants, has anti-inflammatory benefits, helps with ulcers, and also helps to fight the common cold. I have started with green tea and oolong tea. I have planned to start with chamomile tea this week.
