Hibiscus tea helps to regulate sleep as it has a calming effect on your nerves. It is recommended to not drink this tea before driving or working as the tea can give you a feeling of drowsiness. Drink hibiscus tea when you feel you’ve had enough for the day and want to rest peacefully.
