Lemon water most certainly helps in weight loss, but only when it is being consumed instead of beverages with more substantial calorie content. Drinking hot or cold water infused with lemon helps you stay hydrated and benefits your metabolism greatly. Lemon water should ideally be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.

Yes that helps but if you wont control your diet it wont help at all.
