Moringa helps in curing and preventing high blood pressure. It is rich in potassium which helps in lowering the sodium content and helps in decreasing high blood pressure. As moringa is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E and other minerals like zinc and magnesium, it helps regulate the functioning of the blood vessels. However, it is best to consult a doctor before adding moringa to your diet.
