Turmeric oil is generally good for psoriasis (scroll down to the treatment section). You generally want something that has anti-inflammatory properties, so turmeric, curcumin and its polyphenol compounds are an ideal choice. Also probiotics help in reducing systemic inflammation; which is what psoriasis is. Kefir has also been show to suppress systemic inflammation by reducing cytokine production.

Psoriasis can be treated with anything that has anti-inflammatory properties. One potential treatment is to make either a wild bark or a turmeric oil
