How can I tighten my neck skin after weight loss?

Exercise and diet! Even I suffered the same problem when I massively lost 23 kgs over couple of years. I follow very basic neck exercises that barely takes 5-10 minutes. And it’s something I can do at my work place too. I just stretch by pushing my neck behind and I try holding it backwards for 10 seconds. It’s easier with the support of your head as it helps in pushing your head more backwards. 90% of time I shake my head while answering or questioning and my friend said it actually triggers the problem. Frankly I don’t know if that’s true I still kind off do it!
