Medication may be required if one is suffering from severe anxiety problems. However, one may get habituated to these medicines in the long run which is not good for health. A cup of chamomile tea before going to bed, if had for continuous periods has proven to benefit an individuals’ overall health as well as cure anxiety attacks

I love using anxiety essential oil blends. Especially ones that are nasal inhalers. Daily supplementation with Lion's Mane is also a great preventative measure.
