You can add lavender oil to a diffuser because that’s beneficial for more than just your nervous system. Lavender tea is a really good option if you want to de-stress and just relax.

Follow this method if you have high blood pressure.
Mix 1 drop each of lavender oil, ylang ylang oil, and bergamot oil and add a carrier oil like coconut oil.
Then simmer the mixture in boiling water until everything dissolves and let it cool.
Apply the oil to your heart, and the sole and see the effect.
