A remedy that dates back to 1925 shows the effectc of baking soda on cold and flu. I recommends 1/2 teaspoon of backing soda in cold water at different doses for 3 days.
Day 1: 6 doses at intervals of 2 hours
Day 2: 4 doses at intervals of 2 hours
Day 3: 2 doses one in the morning and one evening
Day 4 and further: 1 dose early morning until its gone
