This tea doesn’t contain any caffeine as it is made from flowers; hence there is no parameter that decides how long it will take to show visible effects. However, studies have shown it to soothe the mind, calm the nerves and induce sleep which is why you are advised to consume it before going to bed.

This tea is a natural blend so shouldn’t take much time for this to act.

I usually drink chamomile tea 30 mins before going to bed. And I have been sleeping quite well. But I am not sure about the best time to have this tea before calling it a day and crash. Would love to know if anyone has any views on that.
