Children below seven years can consume 2-3 quail eggs per day, children above seven years can consume 3-5 eggs per day, and adults can consume 5-7 eggs per day. They contain 13% more protein than chicken eggs and a significant amount of vitamin A and B2. Consumption of these eggs can help in removing toxins out of the blood and will not cause any allergic reactions.

Are you sure? Last time I met this doctor who said that quail eggs should be avoided as they can prove toxic.
