It improves concentration and memory power. Soaked almonds are good for the heart and also keep you energetic throughout the day. Almonds are also good for the skin, as they contain antioxidants and vitamin E which is essential for healthy skin.

I would say about 5-6 in the morning and again 5-6 at night should give you the important nutrients you may need
