The appropriate quantity of consuming aloe vera juice daily is 6 to 8 ounces every day. It is recommended to drink aloe vera juice on an empty stomach so the best time to consume it is early in the morning. For best results add some quantity of holy basil to aloe vera juice.

I think 100 ml of aloe vera juice daily is fine. I have been drinking it for years now. Nothing has happened to me so far. So, all good.

Is there a way to make this juice edible? I mean it is too slimy and tasteless for me.

I have been drinking it for 5 days now. I extract the gel by peeling the leaf first cutting the fillet of gel out rinse several times put in blender with one quart water and sometimes a little ginger or a lime and I have 2/3 glasses a day. 1 glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before I take my meds. And at night before bed. Sometimes a have a smaller glass in the morning one in the afternoon and then one before bed. I get my aloe Vera leaves at Walmart in the produce department. Label says that it is 240ml so that’s a little over 8 oz. before I use I cut of about the first 4 inches of the leaf and an inch off the bottom. It taste refreshing to me. I’m thankful that the aloe has no flavor. So u taste whatever u put in it. So it taste like watered down ginger or lime in my case.

I am glad to have stumbled upon this forum because I myself was looking for aloe not the juice or anything but a simple way to include aloe vera in my schedule to treat my acne breakouts. Gonna try your way Annette. Thanks a lot!
