Trusted website, like MedlinePlus, recommends 20 mg of boron per day. Beans, nuts are whole grains have a good content of boron.

100 g of raisins contain 4.5 mg of boron, while the same amount of almonds contain 2.82 mg of this mineral. I guess water too has boron but its content varies everywhere.
