Cinnamon is brimming with some impressive health benefits including prevention of diabetes, cancer, and heart diseases. Excessive intake of cinnamon can harm the body. The exact amount of cinnamon to consume is one teaspoon or 0.5 to 2 grams daily.

I am very cautious about my daily cinnamon intake for two reasons-
– I am a crazy cinnamon lover and love cinnamon desserts
– One of my friends suffer liver damage becasue of high cinnamon dose
I did my research and found that only about half to one teaspoon (that means not more than 6 g) of cinnamon a day is sufficient for good health.
