According to the USDA website, one cup (135gm) of kohlrabi has 47 mg potassium. But a cup of cooked kohlrabi (without salt) has 561 mg of potassium.

I have high blood pressure and my doctor has asked me to eat a high potassium diet (to make up for potassium deficiency). So, I eat raw kohlrabi, sliced thin in salads or in a coleslaw with carrots and cabbage. I also add it to my potato soup.
