How much sea salt should I use it to replenish my electrolytes?

If you have a plant-based diet, you don’t need to add any additional electrolytes. Many of the high potassium foods like banana, avocado, beans, spinach and potato are high in electrolytes. Just plain water is enough to hydrate the body.
