I just add a couple of pinches to a bottle of water. Sometimes, I also add half a lime and a little honey.

If you have a plant-based diet, you don’t need to add any additional electrolytes. Many of the high potassium foods like banana, avocado, beans, spinach and potato are high in electrolytes. Just plain water is enough to hydrate the body.

I use pink Himalayan sea salt or some other mineral salt. About ⅛ tsp in half a litre of water is more than enough. Though, i’ll also recommend that you use only filtered water.
